Customer Directed Test Services are designed to provide the utmost flexibility and customization. Under this model, the engagement process begins with the review of the customer’s requirements by an OakGate test lead and the customer’s representative. Based on this review, OakGate provides a proposal that includes cost and schedule. Whether you are looking to develop and execute a specific test plan, just need incremental test resources for a tactical or a long term project, or want to outsource support for sustaining products, OakGate can help.

  3. A low-level trace of problem is generated and provided. For example, for an I/O hang, the following info is provided
    • A description of what lead up to it from trace data observation
    • A SerialTek Analyzer trace including the events leading up to the error and the actual issue bookmarked with a description
    • An OakGate protocol level trace for analysis which can also be used with OakGate Replay feature for problem recreation
  4. Customer tools are used to extract data from a drive that has demonstrated an error or is stuck in an error state
  5. Full consultation and participation in customer team to resolve issue
